A handful of photo highlights from April.

Wood pigeon on nest.

April snow.

Wood pigeons built a nest at the bottom of the garden and sat on the eggs for almost three weeks through rain, hail & snow. The chick(s) hatched on the 16th April but later that day a cat climbed into the nest ate the chick and trashed the nest. Unsurprisingly the pigeons abandoned the nest.
