Day 4

Berrow 2000 Daily Report: Tuesday 26th September

Today was a pleasant surprise: the day started off sunny and windy, despite the previous night's forecast of "rain all day". Lots of buggiers were down on the beach early, and there were a number of races held throughout the day, for both novices and pro's.

A little rain in the afternoon didn't dampen the spirits of the buggiers, then the wind picked up to over 15-20mph and the fun really started - the result of which was a few trashed kites and plenty of bruises! As the wind got stronger there was a general consensus that this "was scary".

By 5pm a huge rain cloud loomed darkly in the distance and it was a good time to pack up! The wind was so strong that Chris Croft buggied with a Snoopy Aeroplane!

A dry start..

... turned into another mud-bath!
