The Lift

A man lives on the 15th floor of a tower block.
Each morning he calls the lift to the ground floor and sets off to work. Each evening he returns home calls the lift but gets out at the 10th floor. He then uses the stairs to walk the remaining 5 floors.
The lift is not broken and he does not go to any other flat.

Why does he do this ?

 

ANSWER

The man is not very tall and cannot reach any of the buttons for the floors above the 10th.
